Messages

Connect has a unified inbox that brings together the messaging services you have access to, including iPECS chat and WhatsApp.

1. Click Messages in the left-hand menu to open the inbox.

2. Each conversation carries an icon showing which service it came from.

3. Unread messages appear in red. If you're on another screen, a red dot on the Messages menu item tells you something new has arrived.

Replies to WhatsApp conversations have a time limit set by WhatsApp. See Using WhatsApp for the detail.
