Messages

Connect has a unified inbox that brings together any messaging services that you have access to, including iPECS chat and WhatsApp.

1. Click Messages in the left-hand menu to access the inbox.

2. Each message will have an icon showing which service it belongs to.

3. Unread messages will appear in red, and if you aren't in the inbox you'll see a red dot on the Messages menu to show that there are new messages.
