Contacts

The Contacts screen shows your recent call history alongside your contacts, and lets you search across all of them.

Searching contacts

The search box looks through contacts stored in iPECS, plus Microsoft and Google contacts and any CRM systems you've linked.

Filtering contacts

The Quick filter toolbar narrows the list to contacts from a single provider. Click the star to show only the contacts you've favourited.

Searching the Google Workspace directory

Connect searches the contacts saved to your Google account, and also the contacts and user profiles in your Google Workspace directory.

Directory search needs an administrator to allow third-party apps to read the directory first. Google's support article covers how to do that.
