Dynamics 365

Linking Dynamics 365 takes more setting up than most integrations, because Connect talks to Dynamics through a Microsoft app registration rather than a straight login. You create that registration in Azure, give it access to Dynamics, then hand its details to Connect.

By the end you'll need five pieces of information:

1. Your Dynamics URL.
2. Your Dynamics contacts app ID.
3. A Microsoft app registration tenant ID.
4. A Microsoft app registration client ID.
5. A Microsoft app registration client secret.
