Integrating Connect with Arbor will allow you to:

• Search your Arbor contacts from Connect.
• See contact information for incoming calls.
• Automatically create call records on your Arbor contacts once a call ends.

Integrate Connect with Arbor

To link Arbor to Connect for the first time, an Arbor administrator will need to follow these steps.

1. Log in to Connect and click Apps.

2. Click Connect Arbor.

3. Enter your Arbor account details and click Sign in. You will be shown a list of permissions that Connect needs to integrate with Arbor. Once you accept the permissions, you'll be redirected to Connect and should receive a notification that Arbor has been successfully linked.
