Linking Connect to Arbor lets you:

  • Search your Arbor contacts from Connect.
  • See who's calling when the number matches an Arbor contact.
  • Create a call record on the Arbor contact automatically when the call ends.

Linking Connect to Arbor

An Arbor administrator needs to do this once for the organisation.

1. Log in to Connect and click Apps.

2. Click Connect Arbor.

3. Enter your Arbor account details and click Sign in. Arbor lists the permissions Connect needs. Accept them and you'll come back to Connect with a notification confirming the link.
