Zoho

Connect can integrate with these Zoho features:

  • Search for Zoho Contacts and Leads
  • Caller ID for Contacts and Leads
  • Automatic opening of CRM URL for Contacts and Leads
  • Call logging against Contacts and Leads

Requirements

To ensure caller ID can function as expected, you will need to make sure your Zoho phone numbers are stored in a consistent format. This can either be E164 or national. This can be configured in the Connect Settings menu.

The following module fields must be visible for screen popping and activity logging.

Contacts
