Monday.com

Linking Connect to Monday.com lets you:

• Search your Monday contacts from Connect.
• See who's calling when the number matches a Monday contact.
• Log a record of the call against the contact in Monday.

Setting up the integration

1. Log in to Connect and go to the Apps screen, where Monday is listed as an option.

2. The first time you use Monday with Connect, you need to install Connect inside Monday. Open the install link and you'll be prompted to confirm.

3. Back in Connect, click Connect Monday to sign in and finish the link.

Using Monday with Connect

Once the integration is live:

• Incoming calls that match a Monday contact arrive with the caller's name attached.
• Monday contacts show up when you search in Connect.
• Ending a call logs the activity against the contact in Monday.
