Linking Tracker RMS lets Connect search its contacts and name callers who match one of them.

Linking Connect to Tracker RMS

1. In Connect, click Apps.

2. Click Connect Tracker RMS.

3. Enter your Tracker RMS login details on the page you land on and click Sign in.

4. You'll come back to Connect with Tracker RMS linked.

Caller ID depends on your phone numbers being stored consistently in Tracker RMS. See CRM screen popping for the number format setting.
