3. You will be directed back to Connect

Zoho Desk Contacts will be matched to incoming calls

Zoho Desk ticket creation
1. When ending an inbound call, a new Ticket will be created in Zoho desk

2. The ticket will be created as below:

3. If no contact is found in Zoho Desk, a placeholder contact will be created as below:

Sidekick transcription uploads
1. When a call is transcribed, will be created as a Ticket in Zoho Desk

2. If no contact is found matching the transcription's phone number, a new contact will be created.
