Conferencing

You can turn a call you're already on into a conference by calling a third person and then merging them in. Connect places that second call separately, and the two only join when you merge them, so you get a chance to speak to the person before they're added.

1. During a call, click Add participant.

2. Start typing the name or number of the person you want to add.

3. Either finish typing the full number, or pick the person from the search results.

4. Click Start conference.

5. Connect calls the person you chose.

6. Once they answer, click the plus button to merge them into the call.

7. You're now in a conference with both people.
