Sidekick (standalone)

Sidekick transcribes and summarises your call recordings, and scores each call for sentiment. This section covers the standalone version at sidekick.connect.cosoft.co.uk, which you can use whether or not you have Connect.

The standalone version does more than the Sidekick app inside Connect: it adds user and team management, supervisor access to a team's calls, and a sentiment leaderboard.
