Apps

Linking an app to Connect lets the two share data, so you get caller ID and contact search from your other systems and calls get logged back to them automatically. What each app does varies, so check its page for the detail.

Most apps are linked from the Apps screen in Connect. Some need an administrator to set them up once for the whole organisation, and the app's page says so where that applies.
