Using ACD in Connect
Getting started
1. To use ACD in Connect, you'll need to click the 'Enable ACD' switch on the Connect login screen.
2. After logging in with ACD enabled, you'll see an ACD icon in the toolbar. Click the icon to manage your ACD settings.
3. Enter an agent ID then click Log on.
Managing queues and status
1. After entering an agent ID you'll see the queues that the agent has access to. Use the switches next to the queues to join or leave them.
2. Use the status dropdown to set your status for all queues that you've joined.
3. You'll be able to choose from the default statuses, as well as any custom statuses that your admin has created.
Changing your Agent ID
1. Click the edit button to change your agent ID. This will automatically log you off of any queues that you'd joined.
